My system of inspection includes two report options, Basic or Standard.

The Basic report option is the standard inspection that follows the NACHI Standards of Practice. This inspection does not  involve testing that goes beyond the NACHI standards and  takes approximately two hours to complete. This is the basic inspection most home inspectors offer.

The Standard StepByStep inspection exceeds the NACHI Standards of Practice. This inspection report includes digital photos and utilizes testing equipment  such as moisture meter, combustible gas detector and digital circuit analyzer . This inspection takes approximately three to five hours to complete.


My  prices vary. They start at $189.00 (for a basic condo inspection of 1100 square ft. or less) and go up from there.

-Inspections of new and previously owned homes and condominiums: My home inspections start with the exterior of the property and end in the attic and crawlspace, if applicable. The entire home is inspected including the plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling etc. For an extensive breakdown of components inspected please see the "What Inspected" section of this site.

 

-Move In Certified Sellers Inspection: The Move In Certified program, generates more confidence with potential home buyers, thereby generating more offers with less last minute hassles.

-Home Warranty Inspection: A home warranty inspection is an inspection completed just prior to your new home warranty is set to expire. Any issues discovered during this inspection can be brought to the builders attention for correction.

-Radon Testing: My radon testing will be performed two to three days prior to the actual inspection date. This is done so you can be provided with the results along with your inspection report.

SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN RADON

-Pest inspection: A pest inspection is an inspection completed to observe indications that may determine if there are structural pests or wood destroying organisms present. Each report addresses specific questions pertaining to pest and wood rot conditions.

-Well and Septic: Includes lab results and core samples. This inspection is also completed prior to the scheduled home inspection.

Mold Inspection:  Performed by Certified NAMP and JEM Environmental Inspectors.
