including the attic and basement. He is very through

and detailed. He found out a lot of issues which were

not obvious.  He also found the water leakage in the

kitchen drain and cracks in the roof which are major

  Those are very import matters that I can take to the builder and have them fixed before the closing day.

My business partner, Janis, and I, hired Vince, from "Step By Step Inspections", to do a house inspection on a house we were thinking of purchasing as one of our investments.  Vince did an awesome job in finding several things that were "not up to par" with this house.  For instance,  Vince took a digital photo that showed us where a beam in the attic was actually being supported by a jack!  YIKES !!!  If not for Vince's persistency and consistency, we may not have known that that problem was lurking up in the attic - and it could have resulted in some very expensive problems.  Needless to say, we did not purchase the house.
