Supply Lines- Materials used, Copper/Galvanized/Plastic. General condition including test of multiple fixtures and pipe supports. Evidence of corrosion and rust. Evidence of prior repairs.
Waste lines- Material used, Cast Iron/ Galvanized/Copper/Lead/Plastic. General condition of pipes. Evidence of rust, leaking corrosion and lack of proper supports and venting.
Fuel System- Type of fuel system, Gas Meter/Oil Tank/LPG Tank. Location of shut valve. Evidence of improper piping and or supports.
Water Heater- Location and type, Gas/Propane/Electric/Solar/Oil and size. General condition of unit. Venting, evidence of rust and burner flame notes. Adequate combustion air available. Condition of blanket and straps if needed.
